Terms and Conditions for Co-Working Space Booking

1. Booking & Payment: All bookings must be made in advance through our online system. Payments are required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

2. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.

3. Usage Rules: Users must respect shared spaces by maintaining cleanliness and keeping noise levels to a minimum. No illegal activities or disruptive behavior are allowed.

4. Liability: The co-working space is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged. Users must ensure their own security and insurance if required.

5. Facilities & Equipment: Users must use facilities responsibly. Any damage caused to property or equipment will be charged to the responsible party.

6. Access & Security: Users must check in upon arrival and comply with security procedures. Unauthorized guests are not permitted without prior approval.

7. Code of Conduct: Respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times. Failure to comply may result in booking suspension or permanent ban.

8. Changes & Termination: Sain reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel bookings in special circumstances, with reasonable notice.
